The platform supports both traditional video formats and immersive media formats, including 180° and 360° video experiences, through branded viewing experiences, private sharing, public distribution, unlisted distribution, and dedicated applications.

5. License to Operate the Platform

By uploading content to Immersa, users grant Immersa a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license solely for the purpose of:

  • Hosting content

  • Processing content

  • Streaming content

  • Delivering content to authorized viewers

  • Providing platform functionality

  • Maintaining platform security and reliability

  • Providing customer support

This license terminates when the content is permanently deleted from the platform.

6. Access to User Content

Public and Unlisted Content

Content designated as Public or Unlisted may be accessed by authorized Immersa personnel when reasonably necessary for:

  • Technical support

  • Platform maintenance

  • Debugging

  • Security investigations

  • Compliance with legal obligations

Private Content

Content designated as Private receives additional protections.

Except where required by law or necessary to address critical security incidents, platform integrity issues, or legal obligations, Immersa will seek authorization from the content owner before accessing private content.

7. Viewing Analytics and Streaming Data

To provide, secure, monitor, and improve streaming services, Immersa and its infrastructure providers may process technical information related to video playback and content delivery, including:

  • Device information

  • Application version information

  • Playback performance metrics

  • Streaming quality metrics

  • Error and diagnostic information

This information is used solely for platform operation, content delivery, troubleshooting, analytics, security, and service improvement.

8. Sharing of Information

Immersa does not sell personal information.

We may share information with trusted service providers and business partners when necessary to operate the platform and provide requested services.

Streaming Infrastructure

Video streaming, content delivery, and related infrastructure services may be provided through SpatialGen.

Information necessary to stream and deliver content may be processed by SpatialGen in accordance with its own privacy practices and applicable laws.

Content Distribution and Commercialization

Where a user explicitly requests content distribution, licensing, sale, or commercialization services, information necessary to facilitate those services may be shared with StockSpatial and other selected distribution partners.

Such sharing occurs only to provide the requested service.

We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, court order, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, security, and integrity of Immersa, its users, or third parties.
