When we refer to “we” (or “our” or “us”) that means Immersa, a Turkish corporation.

We advise against sharing passwords with anyone.

  5. to request the rectification of the incomplete or inaccurate data, if any,

We have one month from receiving your request (provided we have verified your identity) to respond.

  1. Children’s Privacy

Immersa does not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under the digital age of consent (13 in the United States, 16 in the EU). If you are under the age of 13 (or the applicable digital age of consent), please refrain from submitting any Personal Information through our Website and Services. If you learn that your child has provided us with Personal Information without your consent, you may alert us at If we learn that we have collected Personal Information of a child, we will take steps to delete such information from our records as soon as possible and terminate the child’s account until we receive verifiable parental consent.

This Policy is effective from the date set out below. We may change this Policy from time to time. If we do so, we will post the updated Policy on our site and will indicate when the Policy was last reviewed. If we make any material changes, we will provide you with additional notice - by either sending you an email to the email address you provided us or by placing a prominent notice on our Services.
