For this reason, we are sharing the process related with the processing of your personal information via Privacy Policy with a concern of transparency. For ease, we have divided our Privacy Policy into sections. 

Our Privacy Policy, together with our Terms of Use, will explain how we collect, use, store, share and look after your information;

  • When you interact or use our website and App (together “Website”), or

  • If you use any of our products, services and or applications (together “Services”).

When we refer to “we” (or “our” or “us”) that means Immersa, a Turkish corporation.

Under Applicable Data Protection Law, we are the Controller of your Personal Information we process.

In this Policy, “Personal Information” means any information relating to an identifiable natural person. We only use your personal information to provide you with the Immersa or to communicate with you about the services.

  • We delete your Personal Information when it's no longer required.

  • Except as outlined in this Privacy Policy, we do not share your Personal Information with third parties.

We collect your Personal Information for the following purposes:

This information may include your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address,  type and version of browser, machine and device you use, location information, the pages of our Services that you visit, access times, usage times, launches, pages viewed, debug, what links you clicked on and other statistics. This information is useful for us as it helps us get a better understanding of how you’re using our Services so that we can continue to provide the best experience possible for our users.

This includes establishing data transfer agreements utilizing the European Commission approved Standard Contractual Clauses. When Personal Information is transmitted over the internet, it will be encrypted. If you have been provided with or chosen a password to access specific parts of your Personal Information, it is your responsibility to keep this password confidential. We advise against sharing passwords with anyone.

Despite our efforts to employ commercially acceptable means to safeguard your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Consequently, we cannot be held liable for unauthorized or unintended access beyond our control.

We will not keep your Personal Information for longer than is necessary. In determining the retention period, we consider various factors including the type and sensitivity of the Personal Information, the purpose for which it was collected and processed, our legal basis for processing, the individual's rights and freedoms, and any applicable legal or regulatory requirements. 

Upon the expiration of the retention period, we securely dispose of your Personal Information.

  2. to demand for information as to if your Personal Information have been processed,

  3. to learn the purpose of the processing of your Personal Information and whether these Personal Information are used in compliance with the purpose,

  4. to know the third parties to whom your Personal Information are transferred in country or abroad,

  5. to request the rectification of the incomplete or inaccurate data, if any,

  6. to request the erasure or destruction of your Personal Information,

  7. the right to withdraw your consent.

You can exercise these rights at any time by making a request by emailing us directly at info@immersa.app. If you make a request, where required, we will confirm your identity and ask you to provide us with information to help us deal with your request. We have one month from receiving your request (provided we have verified your identity) to respond.

  1. Children’s Privacy

Immersa does not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under the digital age of consent (13 in the United States, 16 in the EU). If you are under the age of 13 (or the applicable digital age of consent), please refrain from submitting any Personal Information through our Website and Services. If you learn that your child has provided us with Personal Information without your consent, you may alert us at info@immersa.app. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information of a child, we will take steps to delete such information from our records as soon as possible and terminate the child’s account until we receive verifiable parental consent.

  1. Updates to the Privacy Notice

This Policy is effective from the date set out below. We may change this Policy from time to time. If we do so, we will post the updated Policy on our site and will indicate when the Policy was last reviewed. If we make any material changes, we will provide you with additional notice - by either sending you an email to the email address you provided us or by placing a prominent notice on our Services. You should periodically review our current Policy to stay informed about our Personal Information practices.
